NOTE: Since the offense listed is only the most recent, there may be more serious offenses in the individual's past history due to the South Carolina Department of Correction reporting protocol. The data dates back a minimum of seven years. The jurisdiction provides monthly updates of the most current data available.

This database is comprised of proprietary criminal data compiled from previously ordered county, statewide and federal criminal requests, from all 50 states, which contained records, as well as data contributed by the NBD Solution Provider Network.
